Dr. David M. Franko graduated Albany Medical College in 1992, and completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at Beth Israel Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Franko has additional training in echocardiography, including transesophageal echocardiography, congestive heart failure and lipid management.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a Diplomate of the Board of Adult Echocardiography. He practices preventive cardiology and care for patients with all types of cardiovascular conditions, with special interests in valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmia and cholesterol management.
